Shipping
Delivery We deliver everywhere in France and worldwide. Delivery fees are waived for purchases over 50 euros.
Delivery times vary depending on our stock status and current order backlog. Please allow between 10 and 14 business days after placing your order on our website to receive your order directly to your doorstep.
Return & Refund
Return & Refund In accordance with French and European laws, you have 14 days after receiving your order to retract and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Digital products are not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances.
If there is an issue regarding the quality of the received product, the customer also has 14 days to report the problem to the customer service to claim compensation (refund/store credit/resending of a new product).
Any request for return, refund, or exchange must be reported via our contact form (https://www.oshinoko-shop.com/contact/) or directly by email to our customer service at contact@oshinoko-shop.com. The customer must include in their request the order number for the return, the designation of the product(s) for return, and specify whether it is a request for exchange or refund. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a gift card or store credit will be automatically created and sent to the customer.
For a valid return, the products must be intact and preferably accompanied by the delivery slip received in the order. Failure to meet these obligations may result in a deduction of an amount up to the full value of the item, depending on the devaluation caused by your handling of the product.
For each return, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return and cover the shipping costs unless they have received a defective product or one that does not correspond to the initial order.
Upon receiving and processing the return, we issue a store credit in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year, equal to the value of the returned items and the shipping costs if the entire order is returned. You can then place a new order for any of our products.
No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued prior to receiving the returned products.
We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. Additionally, parcels for which customer identification (name, address, order number) is not possible will be refused.
Your store credit or refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving your items and automatically credited to the account associated with the credit card used during payment.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact customer service via our contact form (https://www.oshinoko-shop.com/contact/) or directly by email at contact@oshinoko-shop.com.
In the event of an order cancellation, an amount equivalent to 5% of the order price will be acquired by oshinoko-shop.com and invoiced to the customer as damages and interest due to bank charges incurred by the site for each order
